Zoals elk jaar doen we weer een super gezellige EJW BBQ in de arena. Het wordt een tof, laid-back avondje om elkaar nog wat beter te leren kennen.
De BBQ zal plaatsvinden op 3 oktober om 18:00 in de arena (adres: 433-22 AMFI Amfitheater Tervuursevest 101 3001 Heverlee).
Wij voorzien lekkere groenten en pasta en natuurlijk: BBQ vlees (ook veggie opties). Je betaald op voorhand bij je inschrijving voor het eten en ter plaatse voor de drank.
Hoewel het een EJW-activiteit is, is iedereen welkom, neem dus zeker ook vrienden mee die graag willen meesmullen.
De inschrijvingen sluiten op 01/10/2024 om 23:59. We hopen veel van jullie daar te zien!

Like every year we organise a super fun EJW BBQ evening in the arena. It will be a pleasant, laid-back night where everyone can enjoy themselves with the other students.
The BBQ will take place on 3 october at 18:00 in the arena (address: 433-22 AMFI Amfitheater Tervuursevest 101 3001 Heverlee).
We will provide fresh vegetables, pasta and of course: BBQ meat (veggie opties as well). You pay in advance for the food when signing up for the BBQ and drinks are paid for on site.
Even though this is an EJW-activity, everyone is welcome so feel free to invite your friends to join in as well.
The registration closes 01/10/2024 at 23:59. We hope to see a lot of you there!
